Public Notice - Permanently Close and Convey an Unopened Municipal Road Allowance
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to By-law No. 2022-0009, that the Council of the Town of Greater Napanee intends to consider a request to enact a by-law to permanently close, declare surplus to the Town’s needs and convey the following unopened municipal road allowance:
- The land near 2923 County Road 11, being the road allowance between Lot 12 and 13, Concession 4, former Township of Richmond, and running from County Road 11 to the road allowance between Concession 3 and 4, as shown on the key map below:
- To be conveyed to Brad Lambert and Mark Lambert in accordance with the Town’s Road Closing and Sale Policy.
The proposed by-law will be considered by Council at its regular meeting on:
Tuesday, March 26, 2024, at 7:00 p.m.
Town Hall Council Chambers (upstairs),
124 John Street, Napanee, ON
or soon thereafter, at which time Council will hear any person who claims that their land will be prejudicially affected by the closing of these municipal road allowances, and who applies to the Clerk to be heard.
Additional information may be obtained by contacting the Town Clerk during regular business hours - Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
