IN THE MATTER of Sections 45 and 53 of The Planning Act, TAKE NOTICE THAT the Committee of Adjustment (The Committee) of the Corporation of The Town of Greater Napanee will be considering the following application for consent/minor variance at a public meeting on February 11, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. at Town Hall 124 John Street, Napanee, Ontario.
Written comments are encouraged and will be presented to the Committee for consideration during the meeting. To submit written comments regarding the application, please contact the email address provided below.

If a person or public body that files an appeal of a decision of the Committee in respect of the proposed consent does not make a written submission to the Committee before it gives or refuses to give a provisional consent or approval, the Ontario Land Tribunal may dismiss the appeal.
If you wish to be notified of the decision of the Committee of Adjustment in respect of the proposed consent, you must submit a written request to the staff contact noted above. This will also entitle you to be advised of a possible Ontario Land Tribunal hearing. Even if you are the successful party, you should request a copy of the decision since the Committee of Adjustment decision may be appealed to the Ontario Land Tribunal by the applicant or another member of the public.
