November 12th, 2024: Rural area residents must have their materials to the curb by this date. Materials will be collected throughout the week of November 12th. 

Rural area residents must call Infrastructure Services at 613-354-3351 ext. 113 prior to Friday, November 8th, 2024, to arrange for rural pickup.

November 18th, 2024: Urban area residents (from Highway 401 to County Road 8 at the golf course hill). Urban area residents must have their materials to the curb by this date. Materials will be collected throughout the week of November 18th. 

Arena (Best & Bash Arena)

Ice bookings cannot be made more than 30 days in advance when booking online.

The Best & Bash Arena is located at 16 McPherson Drive, Napanee between Jim Kimmett Blvd. and Hwy 401, just west of Hwy 41. 

The Best & Bash Arena opened September 1, 2004. The 93,315-sq. ft. multi-purpose complex boasts two NHL sized ice pads (200' x 85') with fixed seating for 1000 people in the Goodyear Rink and bench seating for 200 people in the Home Hardware Rink.

The facility hosts approximately 7,000 sq. ft. of retail space including a Sports Store 613-354-6276, Physiotherapy Clinic 613-354-4410 and Canteen. Outside, the facility has one standard soccer pitch to accommodate the growing demand for sport in our community.

Rates:

Prime Time (Weekdays, 4:00 pm until 11:00 pm, all day Saturday and Sunday):

  • Adults (18 +) - $237.30/hour
  • Youth - $175.35/hour

Non-Prime Time (Monday to Friday from 7:00 am until 4:00 pm):

  • Adults (18 +) - $126.00/hour
  • Youth - $100.00/hour

*Tax is included in these prices

Prime Time rates apply to all bookings made in from May - August.

Note: Arena rates include $5.00/hour ice resurfacer replacement surcharge and $10.00/hour ice user surcharge. 

Slab Rentals:

Daily

  • Dance/Bingo/Shows - $882.00
  • Set Up/Tear Down - $335.00
  • Power Panel - $558.00

Hourly

  • Adults (18+ years) - $79.00
  • Minors (under 18 years) - $61.00 

Amenities:

  • 5 dressing rooms

A $10.00 administration fee will be applied to facility bookings that are requested to be changed.

  • Rates shown are per 1 advertisement purchased. Discounts of 10% for multiple signage purchased. 
  • Prices do not include the manufacturing of the sign. Manufacturing costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Prices do include installation and maintenance. 
  • Prices do not include HST.

Meal Deal for Birthday Rentals:

  • Deal includes a hot dog, hamburger, pogo, or 1 large order of chicken fingers.
